John spent the first 18 years of his professional life in Europe, where he obtained his graduate degree in International Management. He served as the Dean of the undergraduate business studies program in a European business school, headmaster of an international school, then founded a company in speech recognition technology (working with several US leaders in the field) that he later sold to an international group. Prior to returning to the US he served as economic advisor to the State of Utah Brussels office.
In the US John became involved in real estate development with a focus on the retirement industry, locating and researching large sites for age restricted developments. He designed service programs for residents, and served on the Governor’s council for the Retirement Industry as a sub-committee chair in the State of Maine. He joined the Real Estate Sales Industry in 2005 following the pioneering concepts of internet marketing for real estate companies and agents, and founded Wellsco Realty in 2012. Wellsco has continued to grow through testing and improving internet marketing concepts while subscribing to the most successful systems. Wellsco has 10 high performing high quality agents with a substantial market share in Essex County.
